We have a 14-day return and exchange policy.
All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.
Items must be un-worn with no visible make-up marks, self-tanning marks, lotion marks, snags or tears from jewellery or any other signs of damage.
Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any visible marks, scuffs or signs of wear.
Items sent back with any of the above damage visible will not be eligible for a refund.
We would ask you to contact us before you return any item (Use our Contact Us Page).
Unfortunately, we do not cover the Return Postage Costs.
Sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable.
We advise you when returning items to use a service that requires a signature upon delivery as we cannot accept responsibility of any item lost in the post.
Any item lost in the post will not be refunded by Iris Rose Boutique.
When returning an item please ensure the package is secure and you have used a tracked postal service.
We will send a confirmation email to you once we have processed your return. Please allow 3-5 working days for funds to show in your account.
